- Eight years and four months are watching TV.
- Seven years are trying to fall asleep.

- Four years and six months eating.
- One year and four months of exercising.
- One year and three days socializing.

Human Resources study says that we spend 2 hours 11 minutes procrastinating on an average daily – we text for 28 minutes, daydream for another 20 minutes, gossip for 18 minutes, and use Facebook for 16 minutes.
So, is it any surprise that we always think, “I wish I had more time”?
